Tony Larocco, National Logistics Director 

Anthony LaRocco was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He currently resides in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife, Rebecca, and his son, Jacob, who currently attends St. Charles East High School.

Anthony began his transplant journey in 1989 when his father received a kidney-pancreas transplant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At that time, Anthony was the Sales and Marketing Director for Life Stat Ambulance.  After seeing the success of his father’s transplant and realizing the impact organ donation can have, Tony quickly knew he wanted to do more within the transplant community.

In 1997 Anthony joined AeroCare Air Ambulance as Program Director, overseeing all operations of the Transplant division.  During this time, Tony built his extensive background in aircraft operations, dispatch protocols, and the specific demands of organ transplant transportation and over the next 15 years built strong relationships with transplant surgeons, coordinators, and administrators throughout the Midwest.

In 2012 Tony joined NORA as Program Manager as the first employee. Tony's role with NORA includes being the Fleet Manager of nearly 300 vehicles nationwide. Utilizing his 25+ years of experience he also supports Base Supervisors with logistical support. In addition, he works with the NORA NKR Coordinators on the day-to-day transportation for the National Kidney Registry, providing transportation for living donor transplants.
